We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully updated and perfectly situated for local attractions. Having access to a private pool made the vacation even more relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless and comfortable home base.

We had a really nice stay at this property. The house was clean, newly renovated, and equipped with modern, sleek appliances that made everything comfortable and convenient. The location was excellent — close to shops, restaurants, and the events we were in town for. It was also an easy ride to and from the airport, and we were able to Uber everywhere without any issues. The property manager was extremely responsive to any questions we had after arrival, which made the stay even smoother. Overall, it was a great home base for our trip, and I do recommend this property.

FYI - home interior is remodeled but not the exterior or the grounds. The pool is not heated. The property was listed for sale/rent at the time we stayed there and felt a bit staged for sale. The notes left for the guests indicated it was part of a rental pool. We prefer properties where the owners actually use the property for vacation themselves part of the time ( those properties seem to have an owners "Closet" for their stuff) so all the amenities reflect the owners use. This property did not have a comfortable family use vibe despite being on the higher end of the price range in market.

You made a lot of assumptions on your stay when the house was not listed as heated. I informed you I lived there with my family and I do stay there as the owner for vacation. The garage is locked for our personal use so you just simply made continually assumptions. The house is beautifully landscaped and the pool has been resurfaced. The notes left indicated it was part of a rental pool?!?! It's an airbnb and has a welcome book, again another assumption - you belong in a hotel not at a rental home with all your high expectations and assumptions.
