Our building is located on the beach, this unit has an ISLAND view.
Welcome Snow Birds and Florida locals looking for a great place for a wonderful vacation! This remodeled, clean and meticulously managed, corner unit is right on the sands of Longboat Key beach. Our second floor condo provides quick and easy access right down to the beach.
The kitchen features maple cabinetry with whisper close drawers, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a new programmable Cuisinart coffee maker. The unit is stocked with all the items you need for an extended stay and to make you feel right at home.
There is a full selection of wine, champagne, and margarita glasses for your enjoyment, and new patio furniture to relax and unwind at happy hour!
The living room has a 55" smart TV (with HD channel package). There is also a computer desk and free Wifi.
The bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed, blackout woven window shade, 43" smart TV, and quality linens.
Enjoy all the conveniences of one of the best locations on Longboat Key situated on one of the most beautiful beaches on the gulf. The unit is close to a Publix super market, golf course, boat harbor, public tennis courts, library, and banks. Enjoy the wonderful restaurants and upscale shopping of St. Armands Circle. Take advantage of miles of scenic walking and bike paths. Other amenities include a beautiful heated swimming pool for year-round enjoyment, large laundry room with multiple machines, a rec room with kitchenette, ice maker and seating area. Chaise lounges are provided, as well as a grill.
