Peaceful and renewing stay

The sweepings views from this property are breathtaking. Watching the sunrise from our balcony was my favorite. Beachy chic furnishings, high ceilings and everything we needed. Perfect for relaxing and close to the Calabash market for fresh fish! Will visit again!

Searock

Searock was an amazing villa in Coral Bay. From our greeter to the management team that helped us to extend our stay after FAA issues delayed our arrival. Its a very peaceful location with beautiful views of the sunrise and bay but only a short drive across island to Cruz Bay. Groceries and a few restaurants are close by in Coral Bay. We highly recommend this property and absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Stunning views

We absolutely loved this property. The views are absolutely stunning. It had everything we needed. The communication was fantastic and they even checked in on us a few times via text. You only need to turn the AC on at night in the bedrooms and we shut it off during the day to not waste electricity. The location is perfect. It truly was paradise. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend your home to all wanting a peaceful stay in St. John!!!

AMAZING

Absolutely stunning!! The home is terrific and the management is top tier!! We absolutely loved opening the doors to let the breezes blow in and stare out to see. The pool and the showers and the hot tub were all used and loved. The kitchen was very nicely appointed. We loved everything!! Thank you.

This was a beautiful home, with a stunning view! It was a 5 out of 5 on everything. The rental company was awesome to work with, the house was immaculate, and did I mention the view. WOW. We will be back to this house for sure.

Great house!

We had a great experience at SeaRock last week for spring break. The team was very responsive in advance answering our questions about what was in the house to use. Check in was super smooth with Kevin walking us through the entire house. Everything we needed was there from beach towels, chairs and a cooler to kitchen appliances/tools/pans to cook when we wanted. There were even ice packs in the freezer! Check out was also an easy process. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning time in St John at Coral Bay.

We had a great time. I told the managers after we left that the washer will not rinse. The plunge pool leaked down about 5 inches. All doors would lock but one. The villa is very well built. I was amazed at the great quality used on the villa. Looks like marbled Tiled on the first floor deck. Doors opened wide for views Screens have rips but still keep them closed to keep mosquitoes out. They were not bad. I get them at home. Nice hot tub. Composite wood on lower deck. Bedrooms are beautiful and nicely air conditioned.

Perfect 20th Anniversary GetAway

We absolutely loved our stay at SeaRock on St. John. We returned to the island 20 years after our honeymoon here and found this home fit all our requirements. A beautiful view of the bay, air-conditioned bedrooms, a pool, bedroom that had a beautiful view, a nice and functional kitchen and just a beautiful, light, clean space for us to relax and spend time together. This exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was fully equipped, the air conditioned bedrooms were a nice retreat from the heat, the pool was a great way to relax at the end of the day, the deck was the perfect place to watch the sunrise (and the moon) and enjoy a cup of coffee. The beds were super comfortable and the linens and towels were high quality. Surprisingly, there were hardly any bugs in the house even though it's equipped with screens all the way around (which made a nice cross-breeze) the main floor. We can't wait to come back!!!

Beautiful Property - Some Details Misleading

This property is beautiful. It was very clean with nice furnishings, upscale applicances and fully stocked kitchen. The views were lovely and no issues with any air conditioning, appliances, etc. The listing had a few items that didn't fully align - 1. The plunge/dipping pool is very small and very hot. We did not know how to use the waterfall feature and it had a large shell blocking the spout. 2. The layout is very odd. The two master bedrooms are downstairs with a jack-and-jill bathroom between them. The outdoor shower off of this bathroom is not fully enclosed which could be very awkward. 3. The other bathroom is in the upstairs/living room level and has no air conditioning. For my two daughters who were looking to blow dry their hair or otherwise, it was far too hot. From the listing, we thought both bathrooms were down. 4. The other outdoor shower is around the outside of the building and higher than the main level. For anyone with a party that has limited mobility like ours, this is not a good fit. One other thing that stood out was in the master bedroom closest to the driveway, the water pump is really loud. If anyone ran water or flushed the toilet, it woke people in that room. Also, the driveway is very St. John straight-up to the house. Hopefully renters will have a Jeep or similar. Overall, nice property but wish the description had been clear with the items above.

Wonderful!

Exactly as expected , and more! The listing is accurate , so please read the details. We did, and it was just what we thought it would be. What surprised us though, was just how stunning the view was in person, and having an amazing sunrise right in front of us every morning was incredible! Loved the outdoor showers, the wildlife, and the landscaping was beautiful! Nice quiet side of the island, just what we wanted. Communications with the property managers was excellent, and they made us feel so welcome. If staying away from the crowds is your thing, and you are a nature lover like us, this place is the ticket. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Fabulous view

The house is as beautiful as the pictures, but the view and the outdoor space was our favorite. There are some beautiful plantings, such as a large plumeria, and we enjoyed the plunge pool. The outdoor shower with the shell coated walls was fun to use. (There are two outdoor showers).The upstairs living spaces are not air-conditioned, there are breezes and ceiling fans , but the downstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned and cool. Did not realize that they are separate and accessed from outside and not through the living area, but that was not not a problem. We spent our time living out on the beautiful veranda enjoying the breezes and the view.

Loved this place.

This house was beautiful, with great location and amenities. The outdoor shower was magical, the open kitchen just gorgeous. The artistic touches, lush landscaping, and abundance of birds & animals made the stay feel very special. Great deck overlooking the bay, and easy access to the east side snorkeling that we were looking to do. Be sure to check out Calabash Market just down the road. It's a nice family operation, with the best local fresh fish, sandwiches / grab & go lunch etc. We will definitely be back!

Best family vacation ever

Sea Rock was beautiful! Thank you so much for a really wonderful stay. Beautiful views, comfortable furnishings, well appointed kitchen, plunge pool. We enjoyed it all. Close proximity to two of our favorite beaches and excellent snorkeling: Maho and Salt Pond Bay. Also near Lime Out, our favorite dining experience. Will recommend this home and trip to all our friends and hopefully be back again soon!

A perfect experience - a million dollar view and perfect location in Coral Bay. The house is beautiful and the owners were so helpful with every step we needed to take - where to rent a jeep, how to take the ferry, etc.

Beautiful and peaceful

The house is just as pictured. We spent every night sitting on the veranda enjoying the beautiful view and ocean breezes. This area is very quiet and we enjoyed feeling like we had the view to ourselves. A grocery store and a few restaurants are conveniently just a three minute drive away in Coral Bay. The restaurants and shops in Cruz Bay are ~25-30 minute drive through the windy roads which can be tiresome to do every day, so plan your itinerary accordingly. I didn't read closely enough to realize that both showers were outdoors, but with a little coordination between members of our party they were plenty private and added to the experience. We appreciated the snorkeling gear that was available, and made incredible memories swimming with the turtles and fish.

Wonderful stay

For a mid-winter getaway, this was hard to beat. The villa was comfortable, well-equipped, and had amazing views. Sitting in the porch and watching the sun rise, or the boats sliding in and out of Coral Bay, or even just watching the world go by, was incredibly relaxing. Located in the quiet side of St John, but with great access to hiking trails, beaches, and great restaurants. And if we wanted a few more options, Cruz Bay was just 25 minutes away. We agreed we would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much.

My friend and I stayed here in July and we LOVED it. Just like the photos (better in person). Quiet, peaceful, loved the location. The driveway (like most on St. John) is super steep so make sure you have a car that’s able to manage it. Jared, the house owner is super responsive. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about our stay, it was exactly what we wanted.
