The home at 3002 Cameron Boulevard is a spacious, well-appointed property that embodies the charm and style of coastal living. As you enter the home, the open plan living room leads to a fantastic Chefs Kitchen with everything a family could need to cook family meals. There are large doors leading from the kitchen to to a large screened patio with a great table for alfresco dining and a comfy sofa to relax and read a book.
On the ground floor, there is a second living room with two spacious guest bedrooms and one shared bathroom and a Mud Room / Laundry area. The bedroom also has a glass door from the bedroom to another screened porch which also leads out to the magnificent yard and pool and exterior entertainment area.
Moving to the first floor where you find the Main Suite which comprises of a very large bedroom with an open plan area with a desk, a daybed with a twin trundle. The room boasts an extra large walk-in closet and an incredible en-suite bathroom with an oversized shower.

This home is dog friendly to non-shedding breeds only (proof of breed is required). One dog is considered with a $300 pet fee, applicable pet policy signed, and flea proof records received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner and not paid by the pet fee. Please note - pets are not allowed in the pool. If pool cleaning service determines pets have been swimming in the pool during your stay, you will be charged a $250 pet fine.

- NO HOUSE PARTIES. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. Cars must be parked in driveway only. This house is a family vacation rental that is also located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, or other types of larger gatherings.
- Guest must be at least 30 years of age in order to rent and occupy the home.
- For security purposes only, this home has an outdoor camera at the front exterior entrance of the home.
- $250 Credit for Beach Gear & there are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.!
This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.
Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
