Along the back of the home, guests will enjoy the comfort of the elevated screened porch, perfectly situated overlooking the outdoor pool below, and offering easy access to the living and kitchen space. Gas grill is conveniently located on balcony next to screened porch, allowing quick access to the open kitchen/living space.
BONUS: Beautiful sunsets, and peeks of the deep-water Hamlin Creek Waterway are available from the front porch, and those rooms facing Palm Blvd.
Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.
