The sunsets here are simply mesmerizing, turning each evening into a private display of nature’s artistry. Enjoy the convenience of your own dock, perfect for exploring the vast waters of the Gulf, renowned for its abundant fishing and breathtaking coastal views. Ideally located between the back bay and the Gulf, this spot provides endless water activities right at your doorstep. This 7th-floor condo offers breathtaking near-panoramic views of the Gulf and Bay, which can be enjoyed from both the spacious interior and the wraparound lanai. Adjustable Queen bed in the primary bedroom, Queen bed in the guest bedroom and 56" TV's in the living room and primary bedroom. 42" TV in the guest bedroom. Keurig coffee maker, a reverse osmosis water system, a Grohe filter in the master bath shower, beautiful wood flooring in the bedrooms. Beach chairs, umbrellas and Pickleball gear provided. Guests must provide government issued ID and signed form to provide to condo association prior to arrival. Condo association requests 10 days notice and vehicle license plate information for parking.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave used beds unmade. The housekeepers will clean the linens.
Please wash and dry towels. The housekeepers will fold them.
Please load and run the dishwasher. The housekeepers will unload the dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Never run the AC with sliding glass doors open. Do not set the AC below 73, or set above 78 degrees. Lost keys/ key fobs will result in a $50 charge
Flush only TP. Leave the sand at the beach. Please rinse or brush sand off of beach items. Collect trash and deposit in hall bin prior to departure.
Load and run the dishwasher. Wash and dry towels. Leave used beds unmade.

Absolutely beautiful!

From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we were in heaven! Looking out at the water was breathtaking. We spent our days on the beach, shelling, we went kayaking, swam in the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. We also played pickleball. But we always got back to the home in time to catch the sunsets from the front balcony. Overall a very relaxing and fun vacation.
