Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
When checking out, please put dirty towels in wash machine but do not start.
Please turn AC to 78 degrees and heat to 50 degrees before leaving.
Take out trash to trash can and lock all doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No gatherings or party's. The house size and septic system is built for no more than 4 people to use and be on the property at a time.
No washing or cleaning vehicle's on property or parking on grass.
No moving of any outdoor or indoor furniture. No eating in the beds.
