*HOA and Clubhouse Access Information:
- Guest will receive the membership transfer form via Docusign email 2-3 weeks before arrival when made in advance. Membership transfer required.
- Membership includes access to the resort clubhouse amenities with additional cost for membership card paid upon arrival to HOA.
- Golf membership transfer is NOT INCLUDED in this property
- Clubhouse membership transfer is $150 cost covered by the tenant/renter required for access to the clubhouse and amenities.
- Membership covers two adults in the same household address only. Children under 21 with same address included.
- Guests not in the same household may accompany member when using clubhouse.
- Additional Fees payable to HOA at clubhouse upon arrival for stay- $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access.

There is also a $25 fee to the condo association for an application paid by the tenant. Totaling $175 in application/transfer fees.

Security Cameras: For guest safety and property security, there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance. This camera is operational and may record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the home.
