Family trip to Disney

The location of this property was perfect for our families first trip to Disney. It was so close that we could go to the park early in the morning and come back for lunch or dinner before finishing our day back at the park. The strollers in the garage were an amazing help to us when my 5 year old wanted to be carried most of the first day. The house is well maintained and had everything that we needed. It was wonderful to come back to the nice cool pool after a hot day at one of the parks. Candy was a wonderful host and quick to respond to any questions we had. This was one of the best vacations we've had in years.

We stay in Emerald Island Reaort each year for 2 months. This was by far the cleanest home we have atayed in. Everything one one floor was nice . The owner and property were very responsive and helpful ! Will definately rent here again ! Will rent from are

Family Disney Vacation

Renting this property was very easy and effortless. Ms. Candy the property owner was very nice and responded quickly to any of my questions or concerns I had. The house was furnished comfortably just like home. When I visit Orlando again and this property is available I will be booking it.

Amazing place to stay

The home is in an amazing neighborhood with lots to offer if you just want to stay in. Also is close to anything you want to do including Disney. The beds were like sleeping at home and the kitchen made it possible to eat meals in no matter what you want to cook. Was a huge help having the high chair, walker and stroller provided as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Candy was quick to respond to any questions.

The house was very large comfortable for our party of 10.

The owners was very accommodating and let us drop the luggage before 4pm. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the community pool and mini golf. I gave an overall 4 rating is because the mattresses need replacing.

Perfect family house

Very easy check in process, plenty of room for the 8 of us. House was very clean and comfortable. Pool was nice and clean. Felt good after a day at the parks. Speaking of the parks. So close to all of them. Such an easy drive. We encountered zero problems.

A little tired.

Easy access to amenities and local attractions. Very quiet neighbourhood and well maintained. Home is a little tired but meet our needs and is certainly at the right price point. Extra cost for pool usage/heating and use of BBQ was a bit of a sticker shocker but seems to be the norm for vacation rentals in Fl.

Disney Vacation

Overall the house was well equipped and our stay was great!! But I think housekeeping can do a better job at preparing the for new guest. The rugs did not look vacuumed and the vacuum provided was so full you couldn’t fit anymore in it. The small dining table had pistachio nuts under the plate settings from previous guest. You have a beautiful home and housekeeping should really reflect that.

Great location

This home was well maintained and stocked for our stay. We spent the majority of our days at the Disney parks. They were just a short drive away. It was great to come back to the home and relax on the patio while the kids swam in the pool. We had no issues during our stay. There was grocery stores and dinner options very close by. The size of the home was perfect and we did not feel crowded. Would definitely consider staying again in the future. The clubhouse was also a nice added benefit. There is free mini golf, playground, pool and tiki bar.

Four corners house

While the location was great and pool ver nice and warm, this house really needs a thorough deep clean and major upkeep. Tiles were very dirty and bedding and mattress’ were very old and worn. New towels are a must, and there were very few in the house. Overall, I would not return to this property in the future.

Good Place to Stay

The reviews listed below are accurate. Owner was great. Kitchen is very well stocked. Pool could use resurfacing but like other reviews, it did not keep us from using. Air hockey table is not functional. Mattresses could use some upgrading. The location to Disney parks was wonderful. If you are looking at travel to Sea World or Universal Parks, plan on adding 30 min or more for traffic. We loved the 3 en-suites rooms. TVs in every room, so no competing over relax and downtimes. All in all a great place with good owner communication.

Pleasantly Surprised!

The pictures do not do this house justice. It is beautiful. Very spacious!! We had 9 people and it was perfect. 2 Masters with comfortable king beds (and I am picky about mattresses. They were firm and supportive yet comfortable) are on one side of the main living space and the remaining 4 bedrooms are on the other side. This worked perfect for my family! The kitchen had most everything we needed. We did get heat for the pool and after it warmed up (a day or 2) it was heavenly and the kids loved it! The pool area is very private. The game room was a bit too hot for us to use (it was unseasonably warm for April) but we did use it for a little bit. Linens were soft and of good quality. There were plenty of soft white bath towels and lots of pool towels. The drive to the disney parks was easy - about 15 minutes depending on what park. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property!
