Great location. We walked out the door each morning to have coffee in the surf and do some early morning shelling. Condo was clean and in good condition. We will book again! Note: By nature of this being directly on the gulf you do need to walk though a bit of built up sand under the house to get to the entrance if anyone in your party has mobility concerns I would keep this in mind.

Pros: Perfect spot right on the beach, well stocked kitchen utensils, easy to access, large back deck, plenty of room, lots of seating, cute decorCons: Bed room pillows were useless, couches/chairs were stained with hidden rips, lots of wall/baseboards/door scuffs, guest binder could do with an update, pet friendly but only up to 2 dogs, lots of rusty utensils in the kitchen, microwave has seen better days (rusty/small/old)Overall a great place to stay that could do to have some upgrades to make it all the better and feel cleaner.
