Great House in a Great Location

Great location, very clean house that has been updated. Big yard that allows for outdoor games and entertaining. Will be back!!!

The house is all it appears to be and the owner was magnificent! Beautiful home, nice yard, 1/2 mile from the beach, fans in every room kept it cool and comfy thru pout our stay. Top notch fixtures and a great lay out. We will be back!

Great house

Great house. It's bigger than it looks and comes fully stocked with yard games, beach stuff and much more. Don't miss this house. It's the best 1 we've had in years.

Wonderful Narragansett Stay

Starting with great communication from Kathleen this is a was a perfect renting experience. Beautiful 4 bedroom house located minutes from Scarborough beach, Galilee, point Judith and Wakefield. House came fully equipped with all beach necessities (coolers, blanket, chairs, umbrellas, toys) also everything to have comfort inside. Outside is a nice size yard to play corn hole, frisbee etc. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

Fabulous house near Scarborough beach!

Great family home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach, especially with the help of the wagons provided! Well appointed kitchen with plenty of room to cook family dinners. Short drive to the Block Island Ferry for a fun day trip. The house was very clean with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and anything else we needed. We loved the outdoor shower! Thank you Kathleen!

very nice home with plenty of room

Overall was very good with lots of space and outdoor deck and yard. We were very pleased with the accommodations very near to the beach. However, we were unaware that we were responsible for cleaning the home before we left. We thought that was the responsibility of the owner. Very pleased with the house.

Very comfortable house in a great neighborhood

We had a great week at this home! We were able to walk to Scarborough Beach, which saved us on parking fees. The neighborhood is quiet and low traffic, and only 5 minutes from anything we needed (groceries, restaurants, other beaches, the Block Island ferry, etc.). Well-equipped with beach chairs, toys, and towels. Thanks for a low-key week away!

Perfect Home for Our Family

Of all the houses we have booked through VRBO, Kathleen's home was the cleanest and most well supplied. Everything was updated and in great condition. Having traveled from as far away as FL, it was a treat to have beach towels, coolers, chairs, and beach toys available there. Kathleen was very easy to work with and even checked in with us to make sure we had arrived and to see if we had any questions. I would not hesitate to return to this property. Open, sun filled house, great backyard!

Loved the beautiful kitchen, well stocked! Short walk to the beach, or take the trolley! Very close to restaurants, shopping, playground, etc. Convenient location for day trips to Newport, or Block Island!
