Splash Beach Resort is currently undergoing a Phase I exterior restoration project. We want you to have complete, accurate information so you can book with full confidence. Here is exactly what is happening and how it affects your stay at Fin’s Up, which is located in the West Building.



Through November 27:



Work is focused on the East Building only

Your balcony is completely unaffected

The East Pool, Lazy River, and Kiddie Pad are temporarily closed during this period

The West Pool, Hot Tub, and Splash Pad remain fully open

Some construction noise should be expected Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM



November 30 - January 17, 2027:



Work begins on the side elevations of the West Building

Balconies in the West Building are not affected during this phase — your Gulf-front balcony remains fully open and accessible

Pool and amenity status during this phase will be updated as information becomes available from resort management

Construction noise continues Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

All dates are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen conditions



January 18, 2027 and beyond:



West Building balcony closures are scheduled to begin, including our stack

We have blocked our calendar from this point forward and will not be accepting reservations beyond January 17, 2027

Every stay currently available on our calendar includes full, unrestricted balcony access



The bottom line: your Gulf-front balcony is completely open and accessible for every date currently available on our calendar.
