Experience South Lake Tahoe in this 3-bedroom 2 bath fully upgraded home, close to shopping, skiing, golf, the Lake, and the Casinos. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, central heating, fire place, washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen and more. Two bedrooms feature king beds and the 3rd a queen. The 2 bathrooms come with hair dryer/shampoo/conditioner/shower gel etc. Enjoy the view of the Bijou golf course from the large deck with a gas grill (propane provided) table for outdoor dining and 2 lounge chairs.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
There is another vacation rental on-site in a completely separate unit. The second unit is a studio with its own entrance and fenced yard. The driveway is shared in the winter due to snow plows.
Also the home features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front door entry. The camera actively records video and sound when motion is detected or when the video doorbell is pressed.
Minimum stay 30 days.
