From booking through the entire stay the host was absolutely amazing! Any question I had they answered very quickly. Check in and out was very easy. The house is clean and the location is perfect. Very calm and peaceful neighborhood. I also loved how she had extra items there to make the trip even easier such as a playpen and dog crates (which are also beautiful). The outside has plenty of room for parking. The back yard is very well taken care of as well. All the photos listed was accurate. It’s our new favorite place out of all the places we have rented. We will definitely book again in the near future.

I’m sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations. We always aim to clearly communicate our house rules and are happy to accommodate reasonable requests when communicated in advance. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the wedding event held at the home, which violates our house rules that is listed in the listing itself, and this was only brought to our attention by a neighbor due to the number of vehicles present. Additionally, after your departure, we discovered missing linens and damage to a window screen from a window AC unit that was installed without notice/approval. Had you reached out during your stay, we would have gladly arranged maintenance to help with any temperature concerns or additional needs. We appreciate all feedback, but we do ask that guests also respect the property and communicate openly so we can support a positive experience for everyone.
