3-bedroom 3.5 bath 2 story townhome located in The Cottages at Jekyll Island Community. Open floor concept with kitchen, dining, laundry and master suite (KING) and screened porch on main level. The second floor offers another master suite (KING) (QUUEN) and a third guest ensuite (Queen). Both upper-level bedrooms open to a screened balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This Cottage has a single car garage. Patio with gas grill and seating. Rental includes access to the community clubhouse, fitness room, pool, firepit, beach deck and beach access.

Access Points: There are three dune crossovers to the sandy area, always accessible for recreation. Main access is near the pool and clubhouse.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, and we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
