Beautiful, charming English Style Cottage with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. High definition tv's in the master bedroom and the living room. Beautiful front courtyard with expansive and fully landscaped backyard and barbecue area. 2 minute walk to playground. 10 minute walk to pristine public beaches, great restaurants and the Eau Palm Beach Spa and Hotel, (formerly the Ritz Carlton). Golf courses galore - many within fifteen minutes of home.

Home away from home!!

We loved our stay on hypoloxo island! The house was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect having the playground so close for my son!

Wonderful property!

We loved staying here! Eric was great to work with and the house was nice and well equipped and had everything we needed and more. Beautiful yard and comfy lawn chairs. Nice bedrooms with a bathroom in each. It was close to a ton of fun things for adults and kids. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Wonderful house in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric's spacious and spotless house. The location is GREAT! It is in a very quiet and gorgeous location within 20 minutes of Palm Beach to the north and Delray Beach to the south. There are plenty of beautiful towns in between. We walked 1 mile to the historic and very popular Old Key Lime House and daily on the beach 1 mile away. The beds, living room, and patio furniture are all very comfortable. Eric's communication was made us feel welcome and comfortable. We highly recommend Eric and his lovely house on the beautiful island.

Hypoluxo Heaven

Wonderful. Everything was as stated or above. The home is lovely and very comfortable. Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Great ,quiet, landscaped, beautiful back yard. Eric, the owner, is responsive and a very easy person to deal with. We are looking forward to renting next year.

Lovely Beach Cottage on Hypoluxo Island

I spent January and February at this lovely beach cottage on Hypoluxo Island and found it spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished and well situated for an enjoyable beach holiday. The location is perfect for a pleasant walk to the beach or to several restaurants (much easier and more fun than driving), a short drive north up coastal highway A1A to Palm Beach and all that it offers, and a great place to ride bicycles or stroll along quiet neighborhood streets. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also only a short drive away. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms makes the house function well with houseguests, and the one car garage is also very useful. The optional housekeeper (also used by the owner) is pleasant, thorough and reliable, and the landscaping service included in the rental keeps the grounds well manicured and beautiful. Everything in the house works perfectly, and I recommend it for a carefree getaway. The owner is a pleasure to deal with.

House is beautiful. Immaculately kept. Large bedrooms, huge backyard. Modern and spotless. Everything you could ask for. Three big bathrooms. Gorgeous kitchen. Lovely living spaces. Great barbecue. Eric was a pleasure to deal with. All communication was easy and professional.

Great Location ! Great Vacation Home!

Our stay in this lovely home could not have been better. Home is in pristine condition. Large bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms (3 full) . Well stocked kitchen facing the inner courtyard. Set of French doors to large deck w/bbq and level enclosed yard- great for playing and sitting down to dinner. The local beach is within 5 minutes . Lots of great restaurants nearby (walkable if you choose not to drive). Will come back next time off.

I have traveled here for years and decided there simply is no area that gives you this number of leisure options. Hypoluxo Island is a jewel - quiet, lush and serene yet minutes away from Worth Avenue shopping to the hotspots along the strip in Del-ray Beach to miles of white sand beaches just a walk away from my front door. It may not be heaven, but it will do!

What makes this property unique

This particular home is unique in that it is styled after an English Country Cottage with a front gated courtyard. The home is built around a very large living room and dining room area which flows through French doors to a new deck covered by an awning.
