Beautiful front courtyard with expansive and fully landscaped backyard and barbecue area. 2 minute walk to playground. 10 minute walk to pristine public beaches, great restaurants and the Eau Palm Beach Spa and Hotel, (formerly the Ritz Carlton). Golf courses galore - many within fifteen minutes of home.

Why they chose this property

I have traveled here for years and decided there simply is no area that gives you this number of leisure options. Hypoluxo Island is a jewel - quiet, lush and serene yet minutes away from Worth Avenue shopping to the hotspots along the strip in Del-ray Beach to miles of white sand beaches just a walk away from my front door. It may not be heaven, but it will do!

What makes this property unique

This particular home is unique in that it is styled after an English Country Cottage with a front gated courtyard. The home is built around a very large living room and dining room area which flows through French doors to a new deck covered by an awning.
