Cute House on Lake Hartwell- Dock Access! PETS ALLOWED!

Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom house on the lake. This welcoming property features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. Can comfortably sleep 6 people, however there is also a day bed in the master room, great for small children. The couch in the living room pulls out to accommodate 2. The sunroom also offers a pull out couch, please note this room is not climate controlled. With amenities like a washing machine, heating, AC, WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen (just bring your own food!) you can feel right at home. Soaking tub in master bath allows you to relax after a long day of fun on the lake.
Outdoor kitchen makes it easy to not miss a thing.

You may bring your own boat and dock on the uncovered side of the dock. Public boat ramp located a few miles down the road at Weldon Island Recreation Area,

Front door has a keypad for keyless entry, I will send your unique entry code upon confirmation of booking.

Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. $75 pet fee. Please clean up after your pets.

***There is a boat docked, use of the boat itself is not included in the rental. Boat is not for renter use and should not be boarded***

To keep cleaning fees at a minimum, we ask that you do remove the linens from the bed and place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher before checking out.

Great location, close to Clemson, stores, and restaurants. Very clean and everything we needed was provided. The host responded to my messages promptly which was important to us.

Great place for a family getaway

. This house is a great place for a family getaway to the lake. There is a boat ramp nearby that is easy to get in and out of. Amber is very responsive and works quickly to resolve any issues that may arise.
