This was a really nice stay for downtown Anchorage. The host was welcoming and very responsive to all of our needs. Very nice apartment. Clean, comfortable and warm. Nicely appointed with nice furnishings and fully outfitted kitchen. Great parking too. I would highly recommend this unit and Casa anytime you have to be in Anchorage.

This unit was perfect for my needs. I was in town for a conference and this place is only two blocks from the conference center. It is very walkable to pretty much everything downtown. The apartment was well appointed and access instructions were clear and simple. Would definitely stay again if I’m needing a place in Anchorage again. Thanks!

Anchorage

The property was just as described. It was clean and had plenty of towels. The few times we attempted to watch tv it was not available due to network issues.

Stay was great. Nice comfortable space with everything you need. Know that washer & dryer are community and not in-unit. Also, do not expect a view, you look directly at the building wall next to you (a view was not advertised so not a complaint, just an fyi). Only thing I would suggest is for the owners to add better black out curtains for the long, bright summer days. Would stay again

The studio is just right for two people ( sharing bed) It’s clean and bright with all amenities- coffee pods, a britta, shampoo soaps conditioner, micro, fridge. Netflix streaming nice tv, seating space. Very clean The outside of the building and the lobby is run down and very shabby. I thought we were catfished at first when the Lyft driver dropped us off ! Don’t be scared our fooled the unit is lovely- far better than the Hilton across the street.

The room was mostly very clean and the description spot on. There are a few items to note, however. Due to the age of the building, some things in newer apartments/rooms aren't present - such as any USB jacks and a thermostat. Additionally, the bathtub drains very slowly. Regarding the lack of USB jacks, there is one extension cord directly underneath the bed which we were able to hijack and plug in our devices. The room was a little hot at night, so we opened up one of the windows - but the train depot is about a block away and there were 2 late trains (one at 11 and one at midnight), which of course had to blow their horns. Underneath the bed was full of dust bunnies - it was as if housekeeping only cleaned the visible areas, but you could see the dust and a piece of wrapping paper while sitting on the couch, and then when I hijacked the extension cord, it was covered in dust and filth. Additionally, management was a little hard to get in touch with - just after I made my booking, I asked for extra towels, and it took me 3 times before they answered, saying that normally they don't provide extra towels, but they would this time. Overall, this was a decent condo.
