What a fabulous place to stay!!! Chelsea is a fabulous host….so many sweet touches that mean so much. The layout is perfect…everyone has their own space! Such a beautiful and easy walk to town. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay! Chelsea was incredibly accommodating with check-in and check-out and even offered more than we asked for. The home is in a great location, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The second bedroom is in the basement (which we may have overlooked in the listing), but the primary bedroom was spacious enough to comfortably fit our baby’s pack ‘n play. Overall, a wonderful home and an even more wonderful host!

Chelsea’s home was just as described. It was about a 15 minute walk from the ferry just as she said. A quiet location, and very clean. Quick access to the bike trail, and about a mile walk to steps beach, which was nice to do in the morning. I would definitely recommend Chelsea’s home for anyone visiting!

Wonderful property

This home is an absolute gem--pristine, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail feels carefully curated, creating a chic yet inviting atmosphere. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Conveniently located on the edge of town, getting around was a breeze. The host's thoughtful touches made my stay truly memorable. I would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I had the sweetest and most memorable stay at this chic yet cozy home. We only wish we stayed longer, as we were packing up, we already decided we will be back next year! Okay, the LOCATION is incredible. It's walkable to town with quick access to all the amazing shops & restaurants and bikeable to the beach - it felt like we had the best of Nantucket at our fingertips - we didn't have a car and didn't need one! In the morning, we walked to town for a mini food tour sampling coffee shops and bakeries (Handlebar won as our favorite). We then headed to the beach, followed by cooking dinner at home - the kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor space was great for some family time (and a pre-dinner glass of wine for me!). Lastly, the house was pristine, the bed SO comfortable and loved that our kids had their own space so us adults could still get some R&R. Thank you to the owner Chelsea for a fantastic stay, it felt like our own little home on ACK... we will be seeing you next year!
