This second-floor condo is perfectly situated overlooking the beautiful Snake River, a few minutes' walk from the Keystone Mountain House base area. This past summer, we did a total re-model. Pizza 101 shares our parking lot -- it's delicious!

It is a short walk to a half-dozen restaurants. Of course, down the hill you will find dozens of eating establishments and bars in Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge. You can chose from fast-food to fine dining.

As you enter the condo, there is plenty of room to store your ski/board equipment in the entry way. Freshly tiled and hand-made cubbies on the wall for your equipment. This is a comfortable condo to stay in. New carpet throughout.

The living room is large, with comfortable recliners on for resting after an exhausting day of skiing or riding. This sectional includes a queen fold out bed with linens provided. A coffee table pulls up into an extra eating or snacking area. There is a gas fireplace to enjoy and a 55' flat screen HDTV with DVR and sports tier channels. We also have some movies, games, and books. A glass patio door gives you a wonderful view of the Gore Range.

The kitchen is AWESOME and now features beautiful 'soft-close' doors and drawers, topped with granite counters and complimentary sink and faucet. All of the appliances are new stainless steel finish. Included are microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and griddle. We are well stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware and kitchen utensils. There are some condiments and staples provided.

Between the living room and kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6. You will love our treatment of the gas fireplace. An incredible one-of-a-kind mantle made out of a local ponderosa pine. The hearth area is finished in rock.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed. This bedroom includes a full ensuite bath (with shower). And HEATED bathroom floor. And Colorado river rock in the shower. And granite vanity top. There is a large chest of drawers and closet for storage.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bathroom (with tub and shower) which is also convenient to the living room. The bathroom floor is tiled and HEATED! Granite vanity top and new faucet. The bedroom also has a dresser with mirror and closet for storage. Both bedrooms have night stands, and reading lamps. A view of the mountains is available from the window in each bedroom. Linens, towels, washcloths and plenty of warm blankets make this condo well appointed. Along with some personal toiletries, we also have a hair dryer in each bathroom. We have an iron and ironing board. You might want to run our cool mist humidifier for the dry Colorado air during your stay.

With our second floor location, our balcony offers a fantastic view of the Gore Range with snow capped mountains in the winter, the gurgling Snake River flowing by and some of the lifts on Keystone Mountain. During the fall the view is beautiful as the aspen change colors. Occasionally you may even see hummingbirds come to feed. There is a high top table and 2 chairs and a propane grill for your use.

During the warmer season, you may want to check out the nearby bike rental or visit Dillon lake just down the road for boating/sailing. Dillon also has an open air theater with free entertainment during the summer. A public golf course or many hiking trails are also convenient.

For those of you that love to shop, Silverthorne has several fun outlet malls. Nearby Frisco and Breckenridge also have many specialty shops to enjoy.
