The Salty Derby - less than mile to beach, sleeps 17 - Bethany Beach
A very spacious beach house, sleeping 17, that was renovated in 2022 to maintain a traditional exterior with a beautifully updated interior. You are a five minute drive to Bethany Beach and a 7 minute drive to downtown shops and food. You can also choose to stay put, because the house has all you need for the perfect getaway. A large front yard, two decks, a game room and located on a quiet, private street with access to Salt Pond via a small day dock to paddleboard or kayak are a few standouts.
*All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents.
* Linens and towels are included with this property.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please remember to put all used bath towels on the floor of the bathrooms.
-Please place used beach towels in the washer and turn it on.
-Please strip the used beds and put used sheets/pillow cases on the floor for the cleaners to retrieve.
-Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
-Please clean the grill if you have used it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
