Exterior has large redwood deck with shaded table and chairs, gas barbecue, and storage area for bikes and beach gear. Deck has unrestricted views of the boardwalk, beach, and surf - perfect for families that want a bit of separation from the boardwalk .

Open interior living space has great views from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Dining room table seats 4, and bar seats 3. Full kitchen service for up to 8. Full bath and half bath. Master bedroom has queen Bed and stacked washer/dryer. Two additional bedrooms each with twin beds.

Located just a short walk from all the amenities of North Mission Beach and Pacific Beach, including hotels, restaurants, fast food, supermarket, beach bars, souvenir and boutique shopping, and pier fishing.

This North Mission Beach court is the place to be, where you can walk to everything. While the house has no on-site parking, street parking can usually be found nearby on Strand Way or Mission Blvd.

Great place. Unusual heat wave when we were there. No ac or split unit in living room it’s was quite tough. But overall good place. SD is usually cool and should not be an issues. But not a bad idea to install.

Location location location! I have stayed at many places in mission/pacific beach over the years and I must say this place is at the top of my list! Literally a few feet from the sand and ocean. The view from the front deck is priceless. Michael, our host was very responsive when I had a question or comment. Really appreciated that. There are plenty of beach chairs and two umbrellas. Do know that because there is no on sight parking, finding a place to park during busy times on the street could be challenging but it always worked out. We had a wonderful week at the beach!

Amazing !! Cannot say enough great things about this property and the host ! Literally perfect location ! You can watch the sunset from the patio and the dining room and living room ! The kitchen has been updated from the pictures ! New cabinets and counter tops ! The couches and chairs have also been updated ! Parking situation is been done if you get parking in the middle parking between the surfer and motel ! It’s free parking and a short couple min walk to the house ! And you don’t need to move your vehicle for the street sweepers
