Our cleaning company is using a new service that sanitizes and folds all of the linens. They are doing everything to assist in the "fight covid" protocols

We just finished remodeling this unit last summer: granite countertops, new fixtures in baths and kitchen, beautiful and comfy furniture, HEATED bathroom floors. It's a WOW.
This unit is in Snowdance Manor which features covered parking, interior hallways, an elevator, pool, sauna, ski locker and a short walk to Keystone's Peru lift. What a terrific condo!
Inside #304, which is nearly 1000 sq. feet, you are greeted by new carpeting and a couple of cushy recliner-couches. A great place to watch sports or shows on a 55" TV or look out the patio doors at the Gore Range and some ski runs. There is lots of firewood on the balcony to use in the wood burner.
The kitchen is large and open -- new stainless steel appliances. Tiled floors. A nice breakfast bar. A rustic table with 6 chairs. All of the condiments you will need are supplied, plus dishes, flatware and glassware.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, night stand and ensuite bathroom. Lots of linens. And a modern, tiled floor.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed -- twin on top, double in the middle and a trundle under. And a spare mattress. Another tiled bathroom with lots of towels and washcloths.

Awesome place

This location was amazing, and Don was so helpful and communicative. It is a very short walk to the slopes and to many dinner places. The covered parking was amazing! The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is it could’ve been a bit cleaner, but overall we would stay here again!

Great condo in a great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Snowdance Manor immensely. The condo was actually larger and more comfortable than we anticipated. And for those who are looking to hit the slopes, the location is superb. My two boys, who are 5 and 7, had made up their minds that they just wanted to stay in the condo forever. The owners have set up an utterly stress free check in process and it could not have been easier. I would certainly consider renting this very same condo again, should we ever venture back to Keystone.

Snowboarding Spring Break 2025

Don & Charlotte are wonderful hosts. We absolutely enjoyed our time at your home. Thank you so much for all your help and support during our booking and time at your Keystone home. It was perfect for our family and it felt like home. It had lots of space and very clean. We did have noisy upstairs neighbors but that was nothing to do with the place we stayed. Everything was convenient and the view was fabulous. It snowed most of the time we were there. It made our trip from Hawai’i worth it.

Fantastic Condo for a family ski trip

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is great! We walked to the slopes every morning and walked back for lunch. The condo was incredibly clean and well stocked. I appreciated the "extras" they offered, such as lotion, shampoo, plenty of toilet paper & paper towels, zip lock bags, napkins, room humidifier, games, etc. It was so comfortable and I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family. We loved being able to pick up our ski gear right there, and walk to delicious restaurants. Thanks Don & Charlotte for exceeding our expectations.

Don was a great host and the property was in excellent shape. The kitchen had lots of amenities and was well stocked with almost anything we needed include condiments, coffee filters, spices, napkins, etc. The furniture was very comfortable and the dining table nice and large for eating and playing games. The hot tub room and hot tub was very clean.

This place is sooo bomb!

First, the location is central to all the major cities; like Breckenridge, Dillon, and Silverthorne. The place is so spacious and clean. There is everything you need to cook with like, cooking ware, utensils, condiments and more. The beds and pillows are so soft and there is a TV in each room with cable. The bathrooms have heated floors and has soap and lotion for your needs. It also has plenty towels and bedsheets. There is a lovely fireplace with a surplus of firewood. The balcony is everything with beautiful views. There's games and there's extra snow gear for you to use in the snow. Snowboards. Skis, shoes, sleds, etc. Its also steps away from great food, liquor/grocery stores, and ski rentals. This place is soo nice and I loved every bit of my stay.

Nice place to stay, plenty of beds for 4 people. Bathrooms have heated floors. The main living area has a large flat screen TV. The location is great, close to Peru lift, Pizza 101 and The Goat. I will likely book this unit for future ski trips to Keystone. Only minor compliant is the dull kitchen knives

Excellent location and wonderful owners

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect! It is a short walk to the ski lifts, next door to a ski rental shop and restaurants. We never got in our car the entire week we were there. The condo is extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen to cook all of our meals. Don was extremely responsive and helpful with check in and check out. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Don and Charlotte!

Great condo!

This is our 3rd year staying in same complex yet first time in this unit. We really like the location which is why we keep staying in this complex- easy walk to slopes. Nicely updated, very well equipped. Loved the heated bathroom floors. Highly recommend!

Now they own a unit in Snowdance and Snowdance Manor and have just recently celebrated the birth of their third grandchild (July 16, 2018).

Why they chose this property

We had stayed in Snowdance Manor with our family during vacations and loved its location in relation to the slopes and the wetlands -- where we watch moose on special occasions. When we walked through the door into this unit -- we knew it was for us. It it is perfect as our grand children are just learning how to ski. We hope you enjoy it as much!!
