The home is beautifully done and comfortable! The pictures shown are as is inside. I loved the open floor plan and plenty of seating at the dining table for dinners and games. The boardwalk takes you to your own little beach area and no worries about others being on top of you. The porches are wonderful and they do have a screened in porch at the main level.We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this to anyone looking for a nice secluded beach stay at this beach home!

Amazing Vacay

House and view were great. Super clean and plenty of supplies including kitchen tools, gas grill, games and beach chairs. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in the Pass in the 11 yrs we’ve been coming!

This was a beautiful home, clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the extra boat parking. The top deck was a wonderful place to hang out. Our only complaints were the previous tenants overflowing the trash can and the nearby construction noise. Neither of these are really something the home owner can control. Overall it was a great place to relax to catch up with family and friends.

The house was great for a family beach trip. Great location for day trips to both Port St Joe and Apalachicola. The boardwalk to the water is showing some wear so definitely wear foot protection while walking to the beach. There’s not much beach but enough to hang out on and enjoy your day. We didn’t really get in the water due to it being dirty and strong rip currents due to offshore weather. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable.
