Nestled in approximately five acres of trees at the end of a long, winding driveway, Evans Woods is a lovely, quiet and secluded getaway on Townline Rd, conveniently situated between the villages of Ephraim and Sister Bay. If you’re inclined, it’s an easy bike ride into Ephraim on quiet roads. Or, ride the opposite direction to Koepsel’s Farm Market on Hwy. 57 to pick up something fun to add to your dinner menu. There are walking trails through the property, making it easy to enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.

This comfortable cottage, full of large windows and natural light, offers all the amenities necessary to make your travels as carefree as possible. Concentrate on enjoying your vacation – just bring yourself and your suitcase! Pack light – there’s a washer and dryer so you can easily throw in a load of laundry at your convenience. Towels and bed linens can be furnished, along with all the necessary kitchen equipment, coffeemaker, microwave, and dishwasher. With plenty of outdoor space and pet-friendly wood floors, you can bring your canine family members to enjoy your vacation with you! Please note- pet fees are additional and not included in the VRBO rental rate. Our pet fee is $30 per day per dog with a limit of 2 pets.

You can spend hours on the shaded, wraparound deck, taking afternoon naps, watching the wildlife, or enjoying a happy hour beverage while you grill your dinner on the gas grill. On cool evenings, you can head back inside and keep warm sitting by the wood burning fireplace in the living room.

Spend a week enjoying the scenery, eating great food, shopping, golfing, walking, biking, hiking, enjoying beaches and water activities…… and don't forget the drive-in movies! It’s all within minutes of our doorstep. Looking for a quiet day at home? We keep a few yard games on hand, as well as books, DVDs, games and puzzles for rainy days.
