Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, golf cart, and a private patio for relaxing evenings. This home is perfect for families or groups, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Experience the best of Surfside Beach!

Private Beachfront Access: Enjoy the Atlantic Ocean via our private beachfront parking, which includes outdoor showers and restroom facilities. Access to this parking lot is $30 CASH ONLY and must be purchased at the main office upon arrival.

Swimming Pools:
Hickory Grove Pool: A large outdoor pool with a kiddie pool, refurbished in 2011.
Oasis Pool: An indoor pool area featuring a kiddie pool, ideal for year-round swimming.

Fitness Center: Equipped with treadmills, a recumbent bike, an elliptical machine, free weights, and more. A nominal fee is charged for access.

Recreational Facilities:
Playground: Designed for children under 12.
Tennis Courts: Two lighted courts available day or night.
Baseball Field: Open for all to use.
Volleyball Court: Located next to the Community Center.
Horseshoe Pits, Bocce, and Basketball Courts: Equipment available upon request.

Very nice and very clean house. My family really enjoyed staying for the week. The management company was easy to deal with and responded promptly to messages. The golf carts were a great touch and made going to the beach (even with 6 people) very easy. I will definitely consider this property again.

Great Oceanside Village location

Great spring break week in Oceanside Village. Very quiet neighborhood, spacious, welcoming home with plenty of room for whole family. Easy access to beach and terrific amenities in the complex (indoor pool, basketball courts, pickle ball). We love coming to Oceanside Village and would look to stay here again!

This House , was awesome. Pictures don't do it justice. Master bed was so comfortable the other two bedrooms were nice and roomy. Golf cart was used alot!

Very nice house with just about everything you need. Many extras were included such as toilet paper, soaps, dishwash & laundry detergent, coffee & creamers. Many rentals dont include these. Bonus was 2 golf carts to get around the community. Beach less than 5 min by cart. We had 2 dogs who also enjoyed their stay.

Surfside Beach getaway

The location of this property was perfect. The two golf carts was definitely a plus. I was a little unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the outside shower and the cleanliness and appearance of the table outside of the back. The table was filthy, and two of the chairs were pretty much in the wooded area. I also feel the comforter in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It was definitely worn out. The washing machine start button is broken. It has to be messed around with to start. The water on the refrigerator does not work, but the icemaker does. We had no welcome binder with our information in it regarding the home, the Wi-Fi, etc The communication with the host could’ve been better..,Sometimes it took days for a reply after a few sent messages to him.

My husband and I recently stayed at Oceanside Villages. The check in process was easy. The house was in a great location and was very clean and had everything and more that we needed for our one week stay. Unexpected items like dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, crème rinse, and body wash were provided. The utensils and cookware were in great shape and everything we needed was provided. There was a slight plumbing problem, but they were on it very quickly and it was resolved with no inconvenience to us. They even refunded 100 for any inconvenience the issue caused us. We did not expect a refund which shows the level of commitment to their renters. I would certainly rent this property again.
