The Neighborhood:
This location is phenomenal- just a few blocks to the Kennedy Center, GW University and hospital, Georgetown, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's, plus tons of great restaurants and bars too. Just a few minutes and you'll be at the White House, World Bank or even the National Mall.

Getting Around:
Getting around is super easy since you're close to everything already! Metro is two blocks away at GWU (orange/silver/blue lines) but you can walk just about anywhere as well.

The property is as described; it is very clean and well maintained. The host can be reached pretty easily (and lives nearby). The location-- in a close or court, which is a residential section that is off the street in sort of an enclave is nicely located in Foggy Bottom. It is close (an easy walking distance) to George Washington University and its hospital, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's markets, K street NW and its restaurants, and to other points of interest.The owners take care to have the furniture and decor clean, well selected, and comfortable.

Tucked into a quaint little neighborhood, this little apartment was perfect! Our dogs loved the fenced in patio, and we enjoyed a glass of wine out there in the evening! The location was great - walkable to all the touristy things DC has to offer including some great breakfast spots before a day of walking and sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this stay and we look forward to returning!

Nice, clean, centrally located, small house. Good value. Bathroom on second floor. Not all windows open. Great little patio on the first floor off the living room. A bit tricky to find.

Great location

This is a tiny house, but has everything, great appliances, brand new as March 2025. The location could not be better. I would recommend the owner to add a small folding table, chair in the bedroom, hair dryer, and hangers.

Property clean. Very small but workable if not there all day. Amenities leave a lot to be desired. No hair dryer, no hangers, super cheap and paper thin towels. Cheap shampoosIt’s a great neighborhood convenient to all things
