Family-friendly/Fenced-in Yard/2 Short Blocks to the Beach/Pets OK/Golf

Our family-friendly home is only 2 short blocks from a quiet life-guarded beach on the north end of the island. It's fully-furnished to sleep 12 people and can accommodate up to 2 dogs.

There is a large playground with a jungle gym, basketball hoops & soccer field across the street from our home, so it's a lot easier to keep the kids occupied & supervised from the comfort of our front porch (with a beverage in hand, of course!).

The Brigantine Links 18-hole golf course is less than a 5-minute drive from our home.

The 1st floor bathroom has a wide entry with a walk-in shower complete with safety bars.

A Farmers Market with fresh vegetables, fish and local vendors takes place from Memorial Day to Labor Day every Saturday across the street at the elementary school.

- 1 bedroom with 2 full-size beds, HDTV (Roku), DVD Player & 2 full-size air mattresses for additional sleepers

- 1 bedroom with a queen-size futon, HDTV (Roku) & foosball table
- Living room with a wall-mounted flat screen HDTV, with treaming app access and Pay Per View availability to be paid by renters out of security deposit post-rental & the ability to sign-in to your Netflix account

OUTSIDE
- Front porch with lounge seating & full view of the school playground, basketball hoops, soccer field and running track right across the street
- Back yard with porch with awning, large fenced-in yard, 16' x 32' paved patio, propane grill, 2 patio tables w/chairs, shed, outdoor shower & 3-car driveway
- Shed out back has beach supplies (chairs, caddy, some sand castle toys) along with grill supplies (lighter fluid, charcoal chimney starter & an electric lighter)

PET FRIENDLY
Your well-behaved pets (up to 2) are permitted to vacation here with you & enjoy the fenced-in yard. There is an extra fee for this privilege ($150 per week). We have a large fenced-in backyard allowing your dog plenty of room to run and play and be happy. Brigantine also has a new dog park off 38th St.

- Golf at the Links at Brigantine Beach - New Jersey's best Scottish Links Golf Course
- Farmer's Market across the street! - every Saturday at the elementary school main parking lot on the other side of the school starting Memorial Day weekend and ending Labor Day weekend
- Atlantic City - casinos, nightclubs and concert venues are only 10 minutes away
- Playground - the newly renovated Shark Park is a fun destination for kids located near the central shopping area in Brigantine
