Perfect Location near Old Town

This is a lovely condo, so close to all that Old Town has to offer and very near Giants Stadium. All the amenities are here! There are 3 pools, 2 outdoor, one indoor, and a workout room. Even a basketball court! There is a concierge service which I found very helpful. They printed and faxed for me since I didn't have a printer. The unit itself is very nice, with 1 1/2 baths and a very well-equipped kitchen, with just about anything you can imagine wanting in your home-away-from-home. It's actually within walking distance of Old Town (1/2mile) and literally across a parking lot from Fashion Square Mall. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The bed was comfortable, as was the furniture in the living room. There is a very nice, covered balcony with a table and chairs. All the privacy you could want, but if you're looking for more fun, you can find it around the property and at the "Met", a very nice indoor/outdoor cafe on the first level. I would highly recommend this condo for 1-2 persons, if you have quests, there is a sofa bed.

Perfect--We Loved It

Beautiful condo in a pristine setting leaving you feeling relaxed and calm. We found neighbors and residents friendly and the property administration very, very helpful. The owners have devoted time and energy into making this condo a home away from home. They were extremely responsive to our requests and helped us with everything we needed. The location makes access to shopping, entertainment, Old Town Scottsdale and numerous biking/hiking trails. You hardly need a car! Just enough room for two people to relax and live comfortably as well as an amazing patio area providing an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors quietly and comfortably. Great Place!!!

Perfect for a single person

Nice condo with all of the appliances and amenities you could want. Perfect size for a single person. The complex has a wonderful gym. The girls at the office are very helpful. Perfect location, right next to Fashion Square shopping center and 5 minutes to Phoenician golf course. There was a prompt return of the deposit.

Everything about this condo is perfect. It is extremely nice, luxurious, and modern. Has every single appliance/utensil you can think of. Everything is brand new!!! The owner is seriously one of the nicest guys I've ever communicated with. Detailed instructions on how to work the Internet, TV, parking, etc. made for a very easy move-in. The amenities at optima are incredible and the whole time I was there I felt like I was at a 5 star resort. The location is also prime. If you are staying in Scottsdale, this is the condo to have!!!

Fantastic location

Cute, cozy and immaculate condo equipped with everything imaginable; the location is superb allowing us to walk to restaurants, bars and shopping in the downtown/old town area of Scottsdale. The property itself was like living in a resort with beautiful pools, spas and fitness facilities.

The location of this property affords the opportunity to take advantage of many of Scottsdale's features with the benefit of not having to drive, there is so much that is within short walking distance. This is particularly advantageous given the area's strict drinking/driving laws.
