Luxury Mansion: Heated Pool + Hot Tub + Arcade Room

We designed this home to be a vacation destination. It’s so hard to fit everything in a few paragraphs so be sure to scroll through all the photos to see all the amenities. You'll find lots of high-end furnishings and plenty of added extras to ensure your trip is full of entertainment and fun.

We’ll start off with the back patio- as mentioned there is an outdoor kitchen with a pergola and dining space perfect for all those outdoor summer dinners with fresh produce and steaks on the grill. There’s also a fireplace, beautiful water feature, hot tub, and of course the pool (can be heated for a fee and is open from April 20th-September 30th, please read all the way to the end for the exact dates and info.)

Inside the home and just off of the outdoor living space you'll find the basement which is one of our favorite areas! We've added a Game room with arcade games, foosball, electronic darts, a bar, board games, and a projector for movie night. There’s also a beautiful second living room with a Samsung Frame TV and a PlayStation, two king bedrooms, a full bath with a soaking tub and shower, a second kitchen area with a *pebble ice machine* for all your pool side drinks, and sliding doors out to the patio and pool area. We’ve even included a working vintage record player with records.

 The TVs in the home are all Smart TVs so you can log into your own streaming apps.

On the main floor of the home you’ll find the Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (jacuzzi tub and shower), a Samsung Frame TV, a walk in closet, and a small balcony overlooking the back yard. Down the hall there’s an additional king-sized bedroom with a Samsung Frame TV, the laundry room, and hall bath (tub/shower).

The kitchen, dining room, and living room is all part of the beautiful open floor plan with tall ceilings and lots of natural light. There’s a two sided fireplace with a propane insert so you can enjoy sitting by the fire from the dining room and the living room. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating options and a large Smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a walk in pantry and 6 burner stove making cooking dinner a breeze should you decide to eat in during your stay. And since we know you will all ask- the coffee maker is a Keurig/drip combo. ;) (It’s a fair question- we know how important it is to bring the right coffee to vacation.)

Upstairs we have a cozy landing area with toys for your littles, two king bedrooms (one has a Samsung Frame TV), a full bathroom (with a tub/shower), and a bedroom with two queen beds.

We also have a pack and play (located in the master bedroom closet) and pool towels are provided (in the basement kitchen sideboard cabinet).

GAME ROOM

A few things we need to mention:
-The TVs in the home are all Smart TVs so you can log into your own streaming apps. We do not provide subscriptions for these services.
-The hot tub will be open year round and heated for your stay. The pool can be heated during the months that it is open. There is a one time $150 fee and advance notice is needed.
-You are required to fill out our liability waiver prior to your stay- this is standard procedure for any home with a pool.
-The pet fee is PER PET. If you have two pets staying please let us know, and we will send a payment request for the second pet.
-We supply two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for your stay and one roll of paper towels per kitchen.
-We do not supply pantry items such as sugar, spices, coffee creamer.
-The pool is open from Memorial Day to September 23rd each summer. We cannot heat the pool out of season. Please reach out for pool heat for the beginning of May for an additional cost of $150.
