Definitely is a “poolside paradise” when you are in the backyard. The backyard is beautiful, the pool welcoming and hot tub great.The caretakers were extremely helpful and very responsive to our concerns.However, the inside is rundown and outdated. Bathrooms are very outdated, corners and grout needed to be cleaned. The shower was unacceptable. We could have a smelly drain or shower in 2 inches of water!

This is a great property and we highly recommend it!! It accommodated our family of 4 easily and comfortably (2 elementary aged kids). The house is clean, open, and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and cute! Our experience with both hosts, Kimberly and Alex, was enjoyable. They were both quick to respond to our limited needs/questions.The pool, hot tub, and yard are amazing--even better than the pictures show. We spent as much time outside as we could. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the main bathroom had been renovated recently--the pictures still showed the old bathroom (all white tiles) when we booked. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds. One is a memory foam mattress with an adjustable base. The kitchen counter and cabinets are older, just like the pictures show, but the appliances are updated--that's all our family needed for our stay. The furniture in the living room and sun room are slightly outdated, but still comfortable. All in all, this is a wonderful property! If we are ever in St. Petersburg again, we'd stay here again.
