Anthony, a great spot usually comes down to location, and it sounds like this one earned its place for you. Being close to everything makes the days feel easier from the start. You are welcome back whenever the area calls again.

The host was very eager to collect full payment sooner than the Vrbo stated timing. Upon arrival several issues were shared with owner/manager. A few were addressed over the first few days. Home needs maintenance and a deep clean. Living room rug was very dirty, couch is like what I'd expect in a frat house. Half the blinds don't close so you get up when the sun rises. The loft bed sages to the middle making you roll to the middle at night. Someone elses laundry was in the dryer. No laundry soap available. Limited linens and towels available. Only 4 small bath towels provided for family of 4. Requested more and 3 more provided. Great TV in the living room but no remote provided to control it. Found used vape in the living room when we looked for the remote. May have been nice several years ago, but little updating done recently.
Someone else's laundry found in dryer and lint trap full and no laundry detergent available to use.
Hole in loft carpet.
Living room rug with heavy stains and grimy feeling when walked on.
