Welcome to Washington, DC, and welcome to our lovely neighborhood. Here you'll find trees & green space with restaurants & shops just two blocks away. Enjoy a cup of Joe before heading out, and relax after a day downtown. This clean, modern flat features a spacious living room, spacious separate bedroom, super comfy king bed and two comfy bunk beds in the bedroom, perfect for a small group of guests. There is also a large sofa in the living room that sleeps like two twin beds for plenty of sleeping options. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like streaming TV, kitchenette, programmable thermostat, and WiFi. There is also a separate dining area with a table and chairs. The kitchenette offers a sink, microwave, single burner for cooking, Keurig & pods and all of the essential dishware, utensils and cookware. There is always ample street parking on the same block of the house. A free visitor parking pass is provided. The property backs up to lovely Rock Creek Park and is two short blocks to dining and shops. The neighborhood is quiet, green and the perfect mix of urban and residential. Fall in love with Washington and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

Absolutely incredible beautiful property and very great communication with the host. The area felt very safe to walk lots of transport options. We really love the coffee pods that were available. That mattress was probably the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. I'm seriously going to buy one now that I'm home. I truly cannot say enough good things.

This Vrbo was excellent. It was in a great location with lots of restaurants near by.The only drawback was that it said there was onsite parking but there was only street parking. We were able to park on a side street directly across from where we were staying but it was still a bit of a hassle. Overall it was great and we would absolutely stay again, and will be recommending it to family when they go down!

We had a wonderful stay, everything was comfortable and convenient. Check in and check out were easy with great host communication, the bed is comfortable and my kids reported the bunk beds were also very comfortable. Great couch for curling up and watching a movie. The apartment is nicely appointed and feels cozy, it's close to some nice shops, a CVS, and a few bus lines. Parking was easy. All of this made for a great stay!

Tianni is an outstanding host--terrific communications & most accommodating. This unit is nicely furnished with excellent amenities. The only word of caution here is that this unit is in the basement of the owner's home so there is overhead noise/foot traffic. However, if that does not bother the renter, it was a very pleaseant stay, one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! Excellent, safe neighborhood as well. Note parking is off side street but very convenient. Thank you, Tianni!

The Den was such a perfect spot and Tianni is a wonderful host. The bed was extremely comfortable and the teens said the pull out beds were great too. Parking was readily available and close by. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

Our stay was great! The rooms were very clean. There was plenty of spare pillows and blankets for all of our guests which we appreciated. The host was very responsive and very helpful with our stay. There were some great coffee shops/restaurants nearby and within walking distance that we enjoyed. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

The Den in DC is an excellent property. The property was much larger than expected. Check-in/out was very easy. Host provided clear and accurate communication. Walking distance to stores and restaurants (few blocks) and Metro station was only a one mile walk.

A LOVELY HOLIDAY HOME

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Tianni's "den" and it perfectly suited our needs! The only problem with the property was the lack of kitchen/cooking facilities, but in our case, this was easily overcome, because there are a few eateries, restaurants within walking distance on Connecticut Avenue, so all in all, a very enjoyable stay!
