Place was great, so close to the beach. Lots of useful stuff to use for the beach (wagon, chairs, umbrella, etc). Some of the kitchen items and appliances were a little dated and no TV in the master BR but an excellent value overall. Matt was very communicative and responsive. Recommend!

We stayed 3 weeks. The place was so cute and comfortable. There were many bars and restaurants in walking distance so we early had to drive. The host was very responsive to one little issue we had. Will definitely be back!

Nice little cottage

We went to St Augustine for a concert at the amphitheater and spent the weekend enjoying the beach and the town. Everything is so close , easy to get to and a great neighborhood. Beach is a short walk and love that it’s dog friendly and such a great spot for walking , cottage is comfortable and has basically everything you need.

Owner was very responsive, check in/out was easy. I slept so good in the master bedroom..the bed was so nice. Kids had room and living room. Kitchen well stocked. Small walk to the beach. Owner leaves a wagon and chairs which I really appreciated. We look forward to coming again. Good value for price!
