Sun filled condo has a large dining room table that easily seats six plus seating at the counter for family gatherings and game playing! You will be sitting on new outdoor furniture when relaxing on the balcony checking out that ocean view! New in 2024: sofa, loveseat, coffee table and Smart TV in the living room so you can stretch out and relax while watching your favorite shows, new bedroom set in the primary and three more new TVs. New carpet throughout was installed in 2022. Condo includes central air, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, 4 TVs, 1 DVD player, and free wi-fi. Stack Washer and Dryer in unit. Maximum occupancy is 7. BDRM 1: Queen Bed BDRM 2: 2 Double Beds DEN/BDRM 3: Double Bed.

The Condo itself was lovely and I loved the layout. I had to clean the den that was the 3rd bedroom. Walls and closet door was full of dust and dirty. We found a few issues with the condo that my husband did report. The view was amazing and I was very pleased with the unit besides some minor issues that could be easily corrected.

Marvelous Sunrise!

The property is oceanfront with an amazing sunrise that we enjoyed every morning. The big table on the balcony is great for family meals, games, and crab feast! We conveniently listened to the happy hour band from jungle bar ~ definitely a bonus! This place is clean and kitchen is well-stocked. Great place for a family with big kids. Beds are comfortable. Grocery store and a coffee place are across the street. We all enjoyed our stay along with our 2 teenagers! Thank you!
