Perfect house and location

Perfect house to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine, the only issue was , the property manager was not very nice , when we pointed out the pool was dirty (green and dirt floating and laying in the bottom , the skimmer wasn’t working ) she said that was normal for Florida. Except we used to live in Florida and had a pool , our pool guy would never have left our pool like that . I hope the property owner is aware of her attitude.

We rented for two months and there were some things lacking. I had to buy a laundry basket and there were no dish cloths. The house is layed out a little strangely with no closet in the main bedroom. It is around the corner in the main bath. The biggest issue people should be aware of is the cell service in this area. Apparently, something happened when Sprint was bought out and now cell service is very spotty. We were able to hook up to Wi-Fi calling, but calls and texts still didn’t go thru at times. For the most part, we did enjoy our stay. Grocery stores are close and there are nice restaurants close by. It is easy to get around the area.

It was a very good vacation for my family. We enjoyed the pool ver much. Cleaning was good. The house and furniture look new. The only issue that the pool light was not working. But it did not affect our enjoy.

Fun in the sun!

This is a very nice home with a fabulous pool. Husband and I enjoyed it ourselves and then the family arrived and everyone had a great time. Lots of room for everyone and easy to navigate the area. Thank you, thank you for a vacation we will never forget.

Great month

Excellent month in South Gulf Cove. House was very clean and exactly as advertised. Very private, peaceful setting - great for families. Convenient 20-30 minutes to beaches, restaurants and nature parks. Small issue with pool heat was promptly rectified by the agency and reimbursed for the lost pool time. Highly recommend.

Very Comfy and Lovely

We very much enjoyed our month at this home. The house layout would be accommodating for a variety of groups. The furniture was comfortable !! Loved the decor !! We did pay extra for the pool and it was so wonderful. We appreciated the neighborhood for walking and especially walking our dog. It was not crowded and very peaceful. The icemaker stopped while we were there and it was repaired so quickly !!!! Highly recommend this property. (p.s. we have been doing VRBO rentals for 10 years)

Property was wonderful! Will come back again!! Beds were very comfortable just had an issue with the fitted sheet coming off the corners. Maybe need deeper pockets in them. Not enough to keep us away. Had everything you could need including hairdryer in both bathrooms. Nothing was missed!! Beautiful place, decorated so wonderfully and loved the place!! Hope it is available the next time we head this way!! Nice neighborhood for walking our dogs too!!

This place is the total package! Beautifully decorated clean new home in a quiet private setting. Comfy cozy furniture, beds and pillows. It has a fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig for morning coffee and a blender for poolside smoothies. There are tons of towels for the bathroom and pool/beach. Extra blankets and linens if you want to use the futon in the den or trundle bed. Large flat screen in the living room with direct tv and crystal clear picture so we didn't miss a thing watching the final four and championship games of march madness. DVD player in the den, many games and books. Beautiful heated pool in a spacious lanai. Plenty of pool inflatables and lots of room for the four lounge chairs for sunbathing. Comfortable furniture outside in the shade as well. Grill included and we ate most meals poolside at the table/umbrella. Pool area was lighted well for night use also. They have thought of everything including all you need to enjoy a day at the beautiful Boca Grande beach a short distance away! Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and sand toys. We stopped at Kappys after the beach for yummy different flavors of icecream. This is a great home away from home, feels like a private country setting though only minutes to grab groceries a Publix in a strip mall or fast food. Within 10 miles from variety of nice restaurants, mall, Target or Walmart. We would highly recommend this rental for a family vacation!

Incredible and felt like home!

From the minute we walked in the front door, It felt like home! This house is brand new and immaculate! Beautifully decorated and furnished with everything we needed during our stay. Quiet neighborhood and was only a 15 minute drive to beautiful Boca Grande Beaches! Beds were very comfortable and LOVED the pool, sparkling clean and heated! Definitely will stay here again! Highly recommend!

Cute house and new. Nicely decorated and beds very comfortable. Paid extra for heated pool but pool heat never came on. Called and was told it was on (we have a pool so we would know if a heat pump was running) manager sent out pool guy who confirmed pool heat was not on; we asked for refund for pool heat fee which was granted. We were there for a week and never once saw a pool guy ( only when we called about heat) so the pool was never cleaned all week. We never even got to use the pool. Other than that a nice house.
