Loved the Pearl on the Gulf

The condo was exceptionally clean apron arrival. The extra bunk beds in the kids room made this a perfect stay.We appreciated the proximity of the room to the pool, hot tub and beach.The grounds were perfectly kept.The beach was a very short walk, and was easy to enjoy throughout the stay. Several quality grocery stores are located a short drive away.The only hiccup was that our AC was not functioning at all the last day and night. I believe a work order was submitted, but it was not fixed before our departure.The condo itself is definitely 5 stars. The action to repair anything after communication did not take place.We still enjoyed our stay

Girls weekend trip

Our experience was overall pretty good except for a couple little things. The place could slightly been a little bit more cleaner. I feel like the floors wasn’t swept prior to the people before us. The sheet on the queen size bed on the boxspring had stains on it and they look like they’ve been there for quite some time. We was not told that the light switch in the living room had to be on to work the TV so we went pretty much two days thinking it was broke, and the Internet service was not the greatest we were told there was no password which was incorrect. Overall pretty nice place to stay. Just wish we would’ve known these things beforehand and it would’ve been slightly cleaner. With these little tweaks being fixed or communicated better, I would recommend staying. The property owner seemed very nice through our communication through text.

Beautiful beach/Family Time

We had a great time at Gulf Shores Plantation. We have been going for years but never stayed in the west buildings. The unit is smaller than I thought especially the kitchen. We had five adults and one baby. Literally only one person can do anything in the kitchen. The refrigerator door hits the dishwasher. That's how small it is. It is very hard to cook in the kitchen because of the size. It was very clean and Luxury Coastal, who was our contact for the rental was great. I wouldn't stay here again due to the fact that people were running up and down the halls at 1 am and the people upstairs were horribly loud. The hall is loud all day long. The unit is right beside the outside door so everyone passes your door. Close to the laundry room tho! It is a perfect walk to the beach and the pool right beside the unit is great! The view is beautiful from all the windows. GSP keeps up the property so well. I gave it 5 stars because most of my complaints are not about what the owners have done but more about the loudness around us. I would say the unit needs a cutting board and more bowls and lids for leftovers and new carpet in the bedrooms. You gotta try the little restaurant on the grounds and order the Cubana sandwich. Overall, the noise didn't keep us from having a good time; it just wasn't a perfect fit for us.
