The home features four comfortable bedrooms plus a new queen sofa bed, an updated kitchen, and a bright dining area that opens to a spacious deck—ideal for BBQs and outdoor dining. Upstairs offers central A/C, while downstairs mini-splits keep the entire home cool on warm summer days.
Downstairs you’ll also find a second living room with oversized TV, cozy seating, and a kitchenette, creating the perfect spot for movie nights, watching the game, or giving kids their own hangout space.
Step outside to enjoy the ¼-acre fenced backyard, great for relaxing after a beach day. Beachgoers will love the new outdoor shower, and a washer and dryer are available for guest use.
