Las Conchas

The view was beautiful, the beach the best in Rocky Point. The condo however needs some updating. Furniture is older, beds are not very comfortable. Outdoor furniture completely rusted. The bathtub does not hold water so you can’t take a bath. The back bedroom gets very hot. There is wooden stairs to the beach do you have to carry everything down there is no ramp. Lots of dirt bikes and motorcycles on the beach ruined the peace and quiet. We had to deal with a group of 8 adults and five kids in the hot tub for 3 days being very loud and playing their music at full blast right outside our balcony. Very annoying.! Also the blinds in the condo are broken when you try to close them they work but are not the best. No washer and dryer included in your stay however they did allow us access to it after I asked but the washer didn’t work anyway. Overall I would not stay in that unit again. I love the area vet though.

Hi Tracy, we appreciate your feedback. I am sorry that the amenities & environment at Tessoro did not fit your needs. We were happy to give you access to the washer & dryer upon your request. As our maintenance manager explained, it was on a "soak cycle" and the other wash cycles were functioning well. We will look into the bathtub as we were not aware it was an issue. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. The furniture inside is all new and in great shape. We do agree that it's time to exchange the patio chairs and I am sorry that impacted your stay. There is the brand new coffee table and 2 new chairs, but the 4 additional chairs for the outdoor dining table are being replaced. There are 2 air conditioning units for each side of the 3 bedroom condo to adjust the tempurature to your comfort. This particular resort is great for adults and families alike. There is a swimup bar area, music food and drinks are all permited by the pool, the beach is beautiful. Theres a large pool, hot tub and stairs leading to the beach. The yoga deck is also a beauitful touch! It was a busy weekend with lots of visitors out enjoying the sand dunes behind the resort. This is somewhat common for this area. People out enjoying the amentities and everything Penasco has to offer. While some properties are not for everyone, there is surely options for everyone here in Puerto Penasco. A small beachfront property in Playa Encanto may better meet your needs for future stays. Thank you!
