New! Escape at Echo Point with SwimSpa! 2 King Beds- 5 min from boat ramp

Escape to a peaceful paradise! Less than a mile to the Echo Point Boat ramp and plenty of space for the whole family!

Featuring 2 King bedrooms, a kids room that can sleep up to 4, and a 15’ (yes feet!) hot tub/swim spa you’re welcome to use- you’re sure to have a memorable stay! No children under the age of 18 allowed in the swim spa without adult supervision. Use of the swim spa and any amenities on property you are assuming all responsibility and we are not liable for any injuries.

Please no food, drinks or glass in the swim spa. Damages and additional cleaning costs will be guest’s responsibility.
There is a minimum of a $500 fee for damages to the swim spa.

This is an upstairs unit of my dad (aka Granddad!)'s lakehouse! The downstairsis his space. The unit is completely separate with its own entrance, as well as its own private large deck to enjoy nature!

Summer family vacation

We were looking for a family vacation spot to meet up with our daughter who now lives in Lexington and we found this spot. It was a great place to get away from the city and work. Emily was great, always answering questions immediately and providing helpful tips.

Perfect stay

The property was everything we hoped for and more. The hosts really went above and beyond with the small details, provided many extras that rentals normally don’t. We loved the decor and amenities, everything was brand new and sparkling. Our kids said they were the most comfortable beds they had ever slept in. We loved all the games and the HUGE hot tub! Very quiet location. Host was very informative and kind. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property!

This was an extra house intended to accommodate our group for sleeping, as we could not locate one house for our large group. It was very nice, new and clean. Well represented in the photos. The host was wonderful, responding immediately when the guests there had a problem with the hot water. She was willing to have her dad drive 2 hours to resolve it. (Could not run 2 showers at the same time and get hot water.) the 6 guests that slept there just dealt with it for 2 days as we didn’t want to impose. I’m sure they will correct this issue soon. We’d definitely recommend!

Check in was a breeze. Place is exactly as pictured/described. Great layout with everything we needed (& more) was provided. I booked this at the last minute for a 2 night work trip with my associate rep. I wish we had been able to enjoy it more! It was comparable to the price we would have paid to stay in a hotel but SO much nicer!!Emily and her dad are delightful. She is very quick to respond to any questions. If you are trailering a boat, there is plenty of room for trailer storage on the property. The echo point ramp is only about a mile down the road. This is an uncrowded and quiet area. Burnside (town & marina) are close by. The swim spa…wow! I had never experienced anything like that. It’s huge and so enjoyable. They plan to install a tv on the patio before long. This place will be PERFECT to enjoy college/nfl football this fall. Thoughtful touches if you have young kids - with a play area in the 3rd bedroom, outside playground, & many games/movies provided. Beds and sheets are very comfortable. Rain showers are wonderful. Tip: google maps gives better directions than waze (we arrived well into dark).
