This monthly rental is a well appointed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse. Located on the north end of Durango, it gives easy access to the mountains, river, hot springs and town is just a short trolley ride away!
With a modern style, an open concept living space connected to the kitchen, you can enjoy the view of Animas City Mountain as you sip your morning coffee on the deck.
Access to a private park and Oxbow River park a mile down the road, there is no lack of enjoyment to be had! Enjoy!

We staying in this house for about two months. It was the perfect landing pad for our crew at the end of each day. The host was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Our crew caused a few disruptions and while we acted quick to remedy, the host was great and easy to navigate challenges with. We would stay here again and/or recommend this spot to others.
