Property is within minutes to Danbury and St Croix Casino.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the tub. Strip beds leaving duvets/comforters on beds and place linens on laundry room floor. Place the "unused bed" signs on beds not slept in.
Garbages- empty all garbages including bathrooms and place bags in the screen porch.
Make sure all kayaks, paddle boards, paddles etc are pulled out of lake and placed on grass area. Stack plastic Adirondack chairs so they don't blow away.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
