Downtown Historic District, a neighbourhood in St. Augustine, is home to this apartment. Shoppers can check out St. George Street, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Anastasia State Park and Vilano Beach. World Golf Village and Bayfront Carpet Golf are also worth visiting.
The porch was delightful to unwind on and relax from a busy day visiting St. Augustine. Only after dipping tired feet in the refreshing pool. A lovely oasis to getaway for our anniversary.
We loved the porch and the garden the most! Inside was adorable and had everything you need for one or 2 people. It was cute & cozy. Super close to downtown as well. We had a great time! Wish we could’ve stayed longer and would love to come again! Can’t wait! Thanks to Chuck, he’s a wonderful host.
Very nice stay. Host was helpful with any questions, was there for our 10th anniversary and to see the lights. No complaints. The spiral staircase can be a challenge but we managed ok.
The owner Chuck was a phenomenal host. He was prompt and thorough with his communication. And gave us great insight and suggestions for the area during their Night of Lights event. He consistently followed up with us to ensure everything was up to par and going smoothly. We actually met Chuck while checking out. Very personable and engaging. The property itself was amazing. He provided all the necessary amenities. The place was very clean and very well maintained. We loved the private pool area. Along with the lush landscape. The private balcony was also a nice feature for relaxing. We'll definitely stay here again!
Once we got the key/lock issue resolved it was a great stay.My favorite spot was rhe back yard garden pool lighting water fall feature very very nice. Quiet and the ambience much appreciated. Really enjoyed this area. The upstairs patio was nice as well. The room was very clean comfortable for two.I will say this property does have a spiral staircase leading to the apartment, so if you have knee or joint issues you may want to consider this.Overall a very nice stay.
Very quiet and as described. The gate to get in doesn't securely latch.

Yes, the gate shrinks and swells with the rain. Get it to latch properly. Sometimes you have to pick up on it. It’s something that I plan on working on replacing that lock. Thank you for letting me know but I am glad that you enjoyed your stay.
Super clean and had what we needed for a short stay. This was only a room and large mini fridge with microwave. Had drinking glasses and plates. Sink. Shower. TV. Table folds down that is attached to the wall (nice and clean). Cute outside deck area on top floor. The pool is very nice with some lounge chairs and other seating. One part to mention is you need to walk through the gate and go up the winding metal staircase to get to the room. Lots of plants around that makes it feel like an oasis. We went in December so it felt like ice water but felt good on our feet since we walked all over downtown. Convenient walk to downtown. 10 min walk to a dog friendly brewery and delicious restaurant. Another 10ish min walk and you’ll be in downtown with all the shops and food. Thank you for our stay!
I reserved this place for daughter and husband to celebrate 10th wedding anniversary. Chuck made it extremely easy. He asked if they were celebrating anything special and when I told him he placed a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge for them to enjoy. What a host. My kids enjoyed their stay especially the pool. My daughter even commented that it was a tropical paradise. They felt the place was very private and exclusive but was centrally located. They parked their car and walked everehere during their stay. They loved the accomadations. Great place and great location to explore St Augustine.
The studio apartment is located in a walkable neighborhood to immediate locale dining as well as downtown STA restaurants, shops, and attractions. The STA trolly is just a block or so if one prefers a narrated ride in. The space itself was clean and tidy. The kitchenette was stocked with plenty of water, coffee, tea and utensils, dishes, etc. The bathroom has great water pressure and stocked with essentials including very nice towels. Studio overlooked a backyard with lovely birds and squirrels about and the deck overlooked the refreshing pool. Host was wonderful and provided great info on favorite neighborhood places to visit. It’s worth getting to know more than just the center of STA, you get to know history of the neighborhood and local hangouts.

Thank you for your kind words. Yes, the neighborhood has a lot of history and most people don’t even explore it. It’s a great walking neighborhood especially in the late afternoon early evening when things have cooled down. We hope to see you again soon.
