This recently renovated family vacation home is located in the heart of historic Old Naples. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it offers approximately 2,049 square feet of space and includes modern amenities such as a stainless steel refrigerator, convection double oven, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer.

Renovations include new flooring throughout, fresh paint, new cabinets, new granite countertops, and much more!

Accommodating up to 6 guests, the sleeping arrangements are as follows:
- Blue Beach Room: king bed
- Coral Seashell Room: king bed and a half bath
- Main Bedroom: king bed with a full bathroom featuring a shower​​​​

Additionally, there is a large, comfortable sectional couch in the living room.

The open floor plan is perfect for multi-generational family gatherings. You can grill fresh fish on the veranda while others swim in the heated pool or relax in the family room/dining area. This pool home, with many renovated and remodeled areas, serves as a tranquil sanctuary in Naples, Florida. Once you arrive, you won't need to use your car; amazing restaurants and shopping are right at your doorstep, and the beach is only two short blocks away. Enjoy watching pelicans and dolphins from the beach. The sunset is fantastic!!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all bedding, towels, wash cloths, rugs, to the laundry area in the living room by the washer. Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
Take all the trash out and put it in the proper receptacles. The trash cans in the backyard. On the other side of the gate. Recycle Bins should be put in the front yard by the road for pick up.

We had a fabulous stay. Can’t beat the location! Quick walk to the beach. We walked to shopping, coffee and food almost everyday. The house was perfect for our family.

Wonderful location Older Home

Loved the location - close to beach shopping and restaurants. Property Manager was wonderful and helpful if needed. For the price of the house I would upgrade some of the little things like sheets and do a better job deep cleaning the refrigerator closets and bathrooms..

Amazing location

We spent 4 weeks and loved it. This property is in a great location. It’s 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and the 3rd St. shops are literally in the backyard (which can be a bit noisy at times). The property has been completely remodeled due to the hurricane and therefore has all new furniture and supplies. We barely used our car because we could walk to everything including Tin City and Naples City Dock.

Originally we were disappointed in condition of property. But, manager took care of our concerns quickly and we enjoyed our stay. It is an older property but location is excellent...very close to beach and right around the corner to shops and restaurants.

Fine location

An old home with minimal street appeal but quite comfortable inside. It was well equipped and the owners were very responsive to our needs. The location is superb--a 200 yard walk to the beach and 50 yards to 3rd St., a marvelous collection of fine shops and dining. A fine way to enjoy old Naples!

Close to perfect

The house was perfect for six people. Two blocks from the beach. We ate in all but one night because eating in is almost always better than eating out. The pool was clean, plenty of towels, etc. A most enjoyable stay.

Not a better location in Naples to stay. We stayed here for a long 4th of July Weekend. Great location parked at the house and walked everywhere including beaches and restaurants and shops. Farmers Market two blocks away on Saturdays. Do not let the exterior picture fool you; the interior is updated modern and extremely comfortable. We slept on the recliner sofa because it was so comfortable we would fall asleep. Pool is serviced and great. Good for our pet with fenced in back yard as well as screened lanai. Will come back again. Job White

That's what I did for a while and remain a social worker at heart. My family was in the Real Estate and construction business. We moved to Gaineville Florida in 1977 and it didn't take me long to go into real estate. Eventually I started my own real estate company and today we are the largest most successful company in Gainesville. I'm an entrepreneur at heart and have started banks and many other projects over the years. My two children have given me five grandchildren, who are the joy of my life.

Why they chose this property

My parents were one of the first condo owners on Marco Island. We had a property there for 20 years. My daughter as she grew would often comment that we always ended up driving to Naples to do things.

We bought this home because is has an amazing location. Being a real estate broker I know the old saying is too true. Location, Location, Location.

I've put a lot of my own energy into remodeling this home. It may not look like much from the front, but it definitely has it where it counts. This property has become my sanctuary away from work and business. Unfortunately we don't get down to Naples as often as we should, when we do this home is perfect.

The third street shopping and restaurant area has continued to improve. Most of the parades start from here and in the winter they have snow makers and plenty of activity for families.

What makes this property unique

The house is simple and comfortable. The location is to die for. Over the years with the remodeling and upgrades we have done, We've learned to love and appreciate this home. There isn't much like it in Naples and if you want to truly enjoy all that Naples has to offer this home and location definitely beat the more touristy areas.
