We are located 100 yards from the newly renovated Charleston City Market dating back to 1804. The Market area offers an abundance of shopping and nationally acclaimed restaurants that will prove to be a culinary delight. This newly updated unit affords easy walking or a simple rickshaw ride to top attractions such as the Gibbes Museum, The Market, The South Carolina Aquarium, The Waterfront Park, The Battery and a whole host of other attractions. Matt was very timely in all communications. Mother Nature impacted all of Charleston during our stay and Matt ensured that we had what we needed as soon as possible. Property itself is in a great location downtown, very walkable to anything we wanted to check out.

The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom was cool and dark, perfect for sleeping. It is only 1 block from market street, very convenient to get to the local shops and restaurants.

Overall enjoyed the historic location and our room. If you want to be in the historic downtown area this is a great choice. It was clean and Matt was excellent I'm communication and responsiveness. We had a few issues w the elevator at times and it was very loud at night with the street noise.

This is the second year that I have stayed here and it was great. Location is unbeatable with a parking garage just a few yards down the street. Very comfortable bed, nice kitchen and wonderful air conditioning. Will definitely come back.

Spacious and comfortable rental - a great base for walking the city. The hair/bath products and coffee provided were an extra plus. The air conditioning was so welcome to come back to on a hot day.

Beautiful place! Clean and supplied all your needs you could want....and more like magnified mirror for make-up, box fan to help me sleep!! Place was very clean will definitely book this place again and suggest to friends and family! The Mexican restaurant downstairs was a big plus!!

Worth it!

The property manager was very detailed with instructions, the property was clean and as described, and the stay was worth it. Very nice location that offered many amenities in walking distance. I would be delighted to stay here again!
