BBQ pits or grills are allowed though (not provided), as long as done on ground level and not on deck nor under home - but you must clean up thoroughly when done. BBQing is only allowed in front of the property.
This is the front unit with a kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped for you to make easy breakfast tacos to your house recipe vacation nachos! Just so you know, each unit in the duplex is private and stand-alone; the back unit is a separate 3-bedroom, 2-bath space.
While we allow up to 6 people in the front unit, it is better suited for 4 or 5. If you're a couple with small children, 6 people total can work.

Contactless check-in with an electronic lock, or you can check in at our nearby office at South Padre Trips if you prefer
Lil Caribbean Vibes is perfect for those who appreciate the charm of retro beach houses. If you have a group, the back house can be reserved for the night owls while the front space is for quieter guests or vice versa.
Pets are allowed with a $75 fee per pet up to 2 dogs. Failure to disclose a pet will result in eviction without refund. Pets cannot be left alone to bark or on furniture. All pet droppings must be removed.

Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years or older and present at check-in. Contact us before booking if you are under 25, as additional requirements will apply.

An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID. This is NOT optional and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City
Condo is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 padre Blvd, 78597 open 7 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm. We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied

Getting around is easy! While you're steps from the beach, you'll also find convenient access to local transportation. Public transit options are readily available nearby, offering a smooth way to explore South Padre Island and beyond. For those driving, we offer two off-street parking spaces, ensuring a hassle-free arrival and departure. Major transit hubs and the airport are easily accessible, with travel times varying depending on traffic. You'll find it simple to navigate the area, whether you choose to walk, drive, or use public transport.

Please note that check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. We provide a starter pack of essential supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, and dishwasher pods. These are not unlimited and will not be replenished during your stay, so you may need to bring extra if you're staying longer than a couple of nights. The primary guest must be 25 years or older. An e-sign rental agreement and a picture of your photo ID are required prior to arrival. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please ensure all dishes are washed and the dishwasher is running, and all trash is taken out to the dumpster upon check-out. Failure to do so will result in an excessive cleaning fee. Pets are allowed with a fee. Please inform us about your pet(s) prior to booking, and ensure they are not left alone to bark or allowed on furniture. All pet droppings must be picked up. No smoking or parties are allowed. Two off-street parking spaces are available. The electronic key code will be provided on the day of check-in, generally by 3 PM. Our office is open 7 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM if you need assistance.

The best way to get in touch is through the channel manager messaging system – we check it frequently throughout the day. We aim to respond within an hour, but often it's much quicker. Our local office is also open from 9 am to 5 pm, seven days a week, if you need to check in in person.
