This retreat features two game rooms, an outdoor hot tub, a wrap-around deck, and a wood-burning fireplace. Comfortably sleeping many guests, it's just a short drive from Ski Apache, Ruidoso Downs Race Track, and the Inn of the Mountain Gods casino. Your ultimate mountain adventure awaits!

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are readily available via phone or the app to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and the wrap-around deck. For your safety and the owner's privacy, the garage, various storage closets, and the basement storage room are locked and not accessible to guests.

Upon arrival, a grand staircase welcomes you to an expansive main deck and the front door. Your stay is enhanced with modern comforts including Wi-Fi and central air conditioning and heating.

**Main Floor**
* **Great Room:** The heart of the home, this octagonal room features high, wood-paneled ceilings, a formal dining table for 12, a cozy sitting area by a wood-burning fireplace, a large Smart TV, and a versatile table for games or casual meals.
* **Kitchen:** A fully equipped kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker (full pot or single cup).
* **Outlaw Saloon:** A lively game room with a bar, seating, two large flat-screen TVs, and a ping pong table.
* **King Suite:** Features a private bathroom with an oversized jetted tub and sliding doors to the deck with lake views.
* **Blue Room:** Includes a king-sized bed and private deck access with lake views.
* **Green Room:** Includes a king-sized bed and private deck access with lake views.

**Downstairs**
* **Queen Suite:** Offers a queen-sized bed, a cozy sitting area, and direct outdoor access. This is our designated pet-friendly space, complete with a private dog suite (bed, blankets, bowls).
* **Bunk Burrow:** A kid-friendly hideaway with two interconnected bedrooms, furnished with two bunk beds (three twin, one double). This space also has an entertainment nook with bean bag chairs, a flat-screen TV, a gaming console, arcade-style games, books, and toys.
* **Laundry Room:** A full laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use.

* **Pet-Friendly:** We welcome your four-legged friends! Pets are permitted only in the designated downstairs Queen Suite, which includes a private dog suite for their comfort.
* **Trash:** Due to the area guidelines, there is no exterior trash bin. All trash must be removed at checkout and may be dumped at the community trash bins located 3 minutes away.
* **Owner Storage:** Please be respectful of the areas that are locked for owner storage. These areas are not included in the rental.
