We love the area in which this condo is situated and this will be our fourth time staying in the complex. It was an enjoyable experience! The host is very communicative and has thought of every detail as the home is extremely well-stocked with anything you could need and more! Very centrally located and peaceful!

This host has wonderful taste and has thought of everything. The beds are comfortable; the kitchen is well stocked with very high-end items, and I love the fancy coffee maker. We were able to travel light because beach towels and chairs were provided and there was a large cooler and plenty of ice in the freezer. Our host was very responsive and check-in/out was effortless, Kings Beach was an excellent place to celebrate my son's 18th birthday with his friends, and they could easily walk to lunch & volleyball. They also enjoyed jet skiing, paddleboarding and use of the community pool. Thank you!

We normally stay at the beach when we travel to Lake Tahoe but this time around we were 3 families so we had to look for a bigger condo close to the beach. I'm glad I found Jill's place. The overall experience was superb. The host is very detail oriented; As a result, the communication was very smooth. The condo is nicely structured, very clean and comfortable. I am grateful to the host for allowing us to use her beach umbrellas, chairs, towels and toys. The host is very professional and is easy to work with. It is one of those condos that you like it so much that you treat it as your own. Make sure to keep it clean and tidy :) I highly recommend and will definitely return back when I'm there with larger parties.
