The entire house except the garage is open to guests.
Other things to note
Our swimming pool is not fenced. We will be screening guests with small children prior to booking for individual consideration.

Pool is heated to 75 degrees. It can be heated at higher temp for an additional charge of $60 per day. Please let us know if you’d like us to start the heater.

Dogs are welcome with deposit. It’s important to pick up any dog waste on a daily basis. If there is any left in the yard we will not refund deposit and depending on amount you could be charged more.
