Original island cottage 3 bedroom well maintained

This cute island cottage built in the 1940s has an open floor plan with two screened in porches and is on the south end of St. Simons. Easy walk or bike ride to the village. Home has 3 large bedrooms one with king, one with queen and one with a full size bed. Two of the bedrooms have access to their own screened porch. Large fenced in yard too! Well maintained original cottage!

Quaint and charming house in a great location. Minutes from Downtown food, shopping, and beaches. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. Loved the home and the area.

Great location! Short drive (3-5 min) or walk (15 min) to beach or downtown shopping area on Mallery St. It is a super cute little cottage with everything you would need for cooking in the lkitchen. They even had beach chairs and a bike available for borrowing even though we didn’t use for our one night stay. This was perfect for a quick girls trip. Only downside is one bathroom to share but plenty of sleeping space and nicely decorated! Host was pleasant and accommodating with good recommendations for places to visit and eat! Great value for your stay in St. Simons!
